Rawajeh Real Estate announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Flow, the global brand specialized in the operation and management of residential communities. The partnership aims to establish a collaborative model that brings together real estate asset management, development, and efficient operation under one integrated framework.

This partnership comes as part of Rawajeh Real Estate’s direction to enhance the value of its real estate assets and projects by working with specialized partners capable of delivering long-term operational and commercial value. The agreement also reflects the company’s commitment to adopting more integrated business models that go beyond project development to include improving the resident and end-user experience, increasing operational efficiency, and maximizing investment returns.

Under this agreement, Rawajeh Real Estate and Flow will work together to study and develop joint real estate opportunities through a clear operating model in which the roles of both parties are integrated. Rawajeh Real Estate will focus on aspects related to real estate assets, their development, and value enhancement, while Flow will oversee operational aspects, interior design, and the management of residential communities in line with modern standards. This collaboration aims to deliver more integrated real estate projects that meet market needs and respond to the growing demand for high-quality residential products in the Kingdom.

As part of this partnership, a separate operational agreement was signed under which Flow will operate, manage, and execute the interior design works for “Thara”, one of Rawajeh Real Estate’s projects. The project marks the practical starting point of the collaboration between the two parties, combining a strategic location, modern design, and residential, commercial, and service facilities that aim to provide a balanced and high-quality living experience.
